North Coast Rep Extends Run of ‘Don’t Dress for Dinner’ Through Aug. 18

For the past 20 years, audiences have called on North Coast Repertory Theatre to bring back the furiously paced farce, Don’t Dress for Dinner.
The theater complied this month and the community responded, making it necessary to extend the play. Don’t Dress for Dinner now continues through Aug.18.
Playwright Marc Camoletti writes in the style of a classic French farce, full of mistaken
identities, rapid-fire dialogue and unexpected twists.
His recipe for comedic confusion combines hanky-panky, hilarious mix ups and, naturally, a gourmet dinner in a French country house.
Christopher Williams directs Brian Robert Burns, Kim Morgan Dean, Veronica Dunne, Brandon J. Pierce, Katy Tang and Jared Van Heel.
Performances take place at 7 p.m. Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays and 8 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays, with 2 p.m. Saturday and Sunday matinees. There will be an extra matinee
on Aug. 7.
Tickets range from $65 to $79.
