Art on display, wine in hand, music in the air – The Forum Carlsbad’s Fall Art & Wine Walk returns Sept. 6, from 3 to 6 p.m.

Guests can explore curated artwork displayed throughout participating shops, restaurants and pop-up locations, with pieces from local and visiting artists.

A wine garden near YETI will offer complimentary tastings for attendees 21 and older, presented by Jimbo’s, San Diego’s natural and organic foods grocer. Featured wines will be paired with bites from Mirabelle Charcuterie and Jimbo’s seasonal apple cake with caramel icing. Live music will be performed by Brianna Grace.

“The Fall Art & Wine Walk is a beautiful way to bring people together around art, music and wine while supporting a meaningful cause,” said Trish Pruitt, vice president of marketing for Northwood Retail. “We’re proud to celebrate the creativity of our local artists and the generosity of our community.”

Wine tastings will include selections from Breakthru Beverage, Husch Vineyards & Mosaic Wine Alliance and Serendipity Wines. Highlights include:

  • 2023 Cadre Sea Queen Albariño (Edna Valley, CA)
  • 2023 Pieropan Soave Classico (Veneto, Italy)
  • 2023 Husch Sauvignon Blanc (Mendocino County)
  • Cantina Colli Prosecco Spumante DOC (Veneto, Italy)
  • 2023 Biokult Naken (Austria)
  • 2023 Chateau Beaubois Cinso Bistro (France)

Donations collected at the Wine Garden will benefit Shelter to Soldier, a local nonprofit that adopts shelter dogs and trains them as psychiatric service dogs for post-9/11 veterans, while also placing emotional support animals with active-duty military and veterans.

Additional art will be showcased at Madewell, McConnell’s, Pressed, SusieCakes, The Henry, Warby Parker and more.

Pop-up artists throughout the center will feature ceramics, glass, painting, and handcrafted goods.

More participants will be announced at theforumcarlsbad.com.
