Talking San Diego to Host Maureen Dowd, Pulitzer-Winning Columnist of N.Y. Times


Pulitzer Prize-winning New York Times opinion columnist and author Maureen Dowd will visit San Diego for a book signing event for her new book, “Notorious.”
She will also be discussing her book with political commentator and lawyer Harry Litman of La Jolla during a Talking San Diego event.
Tickets are available for the discussion of Dowd’s book, which provides commentary on pop culture and insights into Hollywood figures.
Litman, a Senior Fellow at USC’s Annenberg Center on Communication Leadership and Policy, has been a legal columnist at the Los Angeles Times and a litigator. He hosts the current events podcast Talking Feds.
Litman launched Talking San Diego, which is described as “a series of conversations with some of the nation’s most interesting and prominent figures,” in March 2024.
The event is 7-8:30 p.m. Friday, March 21, at La Jolla Country Day School.
