LA JOLLA – It was a starry night indeed at The Conrad as celebs proliferated the red carpet, mixing with locals.

It was a script-perfect night for the San Diego International Film Festival, highlighting award-winning films, actors, producers, and more. But this one will also go down as the night actor Joe Manganiello asked his girlfriend, actress Caitlin O’Connor, to marry him.

There was just a lot to love this year!
